The Assistant Superintendent will play a vital role in supporting the project management and construction processes for Otero Signature Homes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Cleveland area. Key responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring job site safety, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the construction process. You will also serve as a point of communication between team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met effectively.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges that arise on-site.
- Proficiency in using construction management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with high-end residential construction materials and methods is a plus
- Prior experience in custom home building is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to reliably commute to job sites in the Greater Cleveland area.
- Skilled using basic tools including saws, drills, levels, tape measure, caulking, drywall tools
- Physically able to meet challenges of traversing jobsites, abiility to safely use ladders, loading and unloading of heavy building materials, and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in adverse weather conditions
