Construction Superintendent​/Sr Super

Location: Cleveland, OH

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base + bonus + profit sharing

Our client, a top-performing, ENR-ranked General Contractor with a strong presence across Ohio, is continuing to grow their Cleveland operations and is hiring Superintendents and Senior Superintendents to support a diverse backlog of local commercial projects.

This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established builder with long-term stability while playing a key role in the expansion of their Cleveland team. Depending on current backlog and business needs, projects may span healthcare, retail, office, light industrial, or other commercial sectors — the company values strong field leadership over narrow project-type experience.

You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day field operations on active commercial projects, working closely with project management teams and trade partners to deliver safe, high-quality work. This is a high-trust environment with fully staffed project teams and clear paths for growth as the Cleveland office continues to expand.

• Experience leading commercial construction projects typically $5–10M+
• Background across one or more commercial sectors (healthcare, retail, office, industrial, etc.)
• Strong understanding of safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to run day-to-day site operations while maintaining quality and schedule
• Prior experience with a GC or CM‑at‑risk environment
• Clear communicator with strong leadership presence in the field
