Responsibilities- Work on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in the Cleveland area ranging from $1 million to $50 million.
- Estimate multiple projects from start to finish, meeting 48‑to‑72‑hour turnaround requirements.
- Coordinate site work, utilities, concrete, and equipment phases throughout the project lifecycle.
- Construction estimating experience (commercial, industrial, institutional).
- Experience with projects from ground up: site work, utilities, concrete, and equipment.
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred, ideally in civil engineering or construction management.
- Over 40 years of industry experience.
- Company has grown from $5 million to $100 million in 15 years.
- Small company with steady and dramatic sales growth history.
