* Job Description*

  • Oversee all phases of retail construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise all onsite personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, local officials, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the original plans, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety protocols, and site cleanliness throughout the construction process.


* Ideal Candidate*

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar leadership role in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with ground-up retail construction projects.
  • Strong familiarity with retail project requirements, such as tenant fit-outs and adherence to brand specifications.
  • Proficient in construction management software and technology tools used in modern project management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and maintain positive working relationships on-site.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on track.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
