What You’ll Do:

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to deliver successful projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction management experience (commercial focus preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience working with a General Contractor environment
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
