We’re partnered with a growing middle‑market investment bank in Cleveland that’s expanding its Healthcare M&A practice heading into 2026 with strong, active deal flow. (The firm closed 50 deals last year)

• Lead sell‑side healthcare M&A from start to finish
• Be the day‑to‑day client lead on live deals
• Oversee models, CIMs, diligence, buyer outreach, and presentations
• Help build up the healthcare team
• Work directly with the MD on healthcare growth strategy
• Work across healthcare services, HCIT, pharma services, and provider platforms

• 5+ years of IB experience with healthcare deal exposure
• Proven experience leading M&A processes and junior teams

• Consistent healthcare deal flow – the firm recently hired a Director of Business Development to focus solely on the healthcare vertical
• Better culture and balance than bulge bracket / elite boutique
• Real autonomy and visibility with senior leadership
• Clear path to Director / MD
• Uncapped bonus structure that pays out quarterly
