Essential Functions and Primary Duties
* Works with Corporate Benefits Team to provide administrative support
* Management of benefit enrollments and changes
* Handle benefit inquiries and complaints
* Monthly invoicing reconciliation
* Assist with organizational compliance
* Develop communication tools
* Coordination with payroll department for timely and accurate benefit deductions
* Perform project work as requested
* Positive attitude toward self, other professionals, clients and CBIZ
* Ability to gain computer proficiency relative to administrative programs, spreadsheets, word processing and presentations
* Ability to conduct high-level research and analysis
* Ability to handle high volumes of transactions, tight deadlines, and highly confidential and sensitive information
* Possess and apply a solid understanding of the work environment; be punctual, present and discreet
* Professional in appearance and manner
* Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
* You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or a master's degree in a field associated with the CBIZ business models
* Upperclassmen or master's-level students preferred
* Cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 preferred
* Active participation in student organizations and work experience in a related field
* You enjoy working in a team environment
* You have advanced Microsoft Office skills
* You have time management skills and the ability to multi-task
* Proficient use of applicable technology
Minimum Qualifications
* Working towards a Bachelor's degree
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
* Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and audit software
