Project Manager, Operations Manager, Business Analyst

Position Overview

This position is on-site in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Our client is an Award Winning, Profitable, Mid-Market Services firm. They are adding an Operational Project Manager/Business Analyst to drive cross functional projects in business operations, marketing, AI, and software.

You will report to Executive Leadership and interface with multiple cross functional teams at the staff and management levels.

Personal characteristics are as important as work experience. An intelligent, inquisitive, mindset, strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and a direct no-nonsense communication style are required for success.

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects align with company objectives and proceed efficiently. This is a hands‑on role where you will apply skills in data analytics, process analysis, and project management to identify risk, remove roadblocks, and keep these projects on track. You must be willing to 'roll‑up your sleeves' and pitch in to help team members as needed.

Professional experience should include 3‑6 years of project management, data analytics, operations requirements analysis, and general business problem solving. Formal PM certification is not required.
