The Senior Consultant role at Centric is a blend of hands on project delivery, client engagement, and contributions to practice and business development. Senior Consultants are expected to lead work streams, bring strong consulting fundamentals, support client relationships, and contribute to team and BU success.

In this role, you will:

Client Delivery & Execution
  • Lead or support the delivery of consulting engagements, contributing in areas such as strategy, process improvement, business analysis, organizational change, or technology implementation.
  • Perform hands‑on project work, including analysis, design, facilitation, documentation, and solution execution.
  • Support issue resolution, risk management, and change management activities.
Client Engagement & Advisory
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business and technical client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand challenges and map them to technology solutions.
  • Present findings, solution approaches, roadmaps, and deliverables to client leadership.
  • Provide advisory support related to AI‑driven capabilities, cloud adoption, modern workplace, governance, and change management.
Business Development
  • Contribute to business development efforts through proposal support, solutioning, participating in pursuit meetings, or developing thought leadership aligned to BU needs.
  • Bring forward ideas and insights that support growth of existing accounts and expansion into new ones.
Practice Management & Leadership
  • Participate in practice or BU initiatives, such as recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, DEI efforts, knowledge sharing, or capability building.
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing Centric’s culture of collaboration, balance, and community.
Career & Performance Management
  • Maintain an annual Personal Strategic Plan (PSP) including goals, behaviors, development needs, and action plans. Review regularly with feedback manager and BU leadership.
  • Demonstrate consulting behaviors aligned with Delivery, Business Development, and Practice Management performance expectations.
Who You Are:

Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives as a project lead or team member.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently with sound judgment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives and collaborating in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in one or more focus areas: strategy, operational excellence, technology delivery, organizational change, digital transformation, or data/analytics.
  • Experience working within professional services or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to engage directly with senior clients and lead segments of engagements.
  • Relevant Microsoft or business technology certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure fundamentals) are a plus but not required.
  • Experience supporting sales efforts, such as participating in client pursuits, proposals, or solution discussions.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled tools and ways of working, with an interest in applying them to improve productivity and client outcomes.
