Overview
National Platform Division is a specialized unit that focuses on Affinity Partners, National Payroll Partners, National Carrier Partners, and Embedded Insurance. The manager position will be responsible for developing & maintaining national partnerships. You will work with national insurance carriers, payroll companies, retail agencies, wholesale brokers & program administrators that align with our appetite & capabilities. You will steward new partners through a multi-faceted due diligence process engaging with Underwriting, Digital API Integration, Embedded Insurance, Legal, Operations, & Compliance.
ResponsibilitiesThis role requires maintaining continuous understanding of our client’s needs, challenges & concerns specific to their market niche. Leverage internal resources to maximize opportunities and improve client satisfaction. Lead/participate in key conferences & industry events that are critical to the visibility & growth of National Platform Division. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust Insurance organization.
Qualifications- Must possess +5 years of relevant business development experience within the commercial insurance industry focused on affinity programs, national payroll partners and/or embedded insurance development and implementation. Familiarity with API partner integration is preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Proven record of exceeding sales goals and developing relationships
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in business, marketing or finance preferred
- Ability to travel as required
