Client Relationship Manager – Recruitment (Manufacturing Clients)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager from a Recruitment / Staffing background who has prior experience interacting with Manufacturing industry clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements from Manufacturing clients, driving recruitment business, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and build strong relationships with existing Manufacturing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring requirements.
- Understand client workforce needs across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations roles.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
- Generate new business opportunities from Manufacturing companies.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement from requirement gathering to placement.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs with clients.
- Track and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment Sales or Account Management.
- Experience handling clients from Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and manage client accounts.
- Experience working with MSP / RPO / Direct Client models is an added advantage.
- Experience in Engineering or Technical hiring.
- Familiarity with contract and permanent staffing models.
- Established network with Manufacturing companies is a plus.
