Applicants must have a consistent employment history - no more than 3 positions within the past decade - This position is a hybrid role but requires presence in the office at least 3 days per week.

Must reside in the vibrant Cleveland area - the office is located in Cleveland, OH

• The Head of Corporate Growth is tasked with identifying potential accounts, formulating an account entry strategy, executing a prospecting campaign, establishing relationships, understanding the customers key business strategies, and collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to design and implement a solution that aligns with the customers business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune companies
• Demonstrated history of new business development within professional services sector
• Experience with high-value sales ($k per sale and above)
• Familiarity with various sales cycles ranging from three to six to twelve months
• Proven track record of career stability with a maximum of three positions held within the past ten years
• Compensation structure includes highly incentivized commissions and bonuses
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through lead generation

Compensation is uncapped and tied to performance. Offering a base salary of $K plus commission and bonus based on fiscal year revenue generation and profitability.
