We are seeking a Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead the company’s corporate sponsorship and Naming Rights sales efforts on behalf of multiple clients. The objective is to develop and sell comprehensive sponsorship packages.
Responsibilities- Identify and create new leads and corporate partnership concepts through research, outreach, cold calling and existing relationships.
- Set qualified appointments on an ongoing basis.
- Create and present corporate partnership packages tailored to clients’ objectives and prospective sponsors’ marketing strategies.
- Maintain timely and accurate records detailing sales performance, appointments, recaps, account management, and all other activities related to corporate partner prospects.
- Demonstrate innovation and initiative.
- Work under the stress of deadlines and prioritize time to optimize efforts to achieve clients’ financial and other objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in corporate partnership sales.
- Proven track record of closing significant corporate partnerships.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to exceed established goals.
- Exceptional listening, learning, and creative skills.
- Evidence of self‑motivation combined with team orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Regional and national travel for meetings and/or presentations required.
