Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business processes, define system requirements, and support the design and improvement of technology solutions across the organization.

• Lead requirements‑gathering and translate needs into clear business and technical specifications
• Document current and future‑state workflows, processes, and data models
• Collaborate with development, QA, and data teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Support system configuration, testing, and user acceptance processes
• Maintain process documents, training materials, and data dictionaries
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of business analysis or systems analysis experience
  
  Strong understanding of SDLC, process design, and requirements documentation
• Experience with workflow modeling, data analysis, and UAT
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of SQL and Snowflake
