Job SummaryWe are looking for an Associate, Advisor Support to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This position supports Advisor Support processes to enhance the investor experience. This position will be responsible for onboarding and account management, focusing on our individual and institutional account types.
ResponsibilitiesGLASfunds is seeking an Advisor Support associate to join our team and maintain our seamless client experience for our technology platform for the future of Alternative Investments. The ideal candidate will take a service lead approach to support the onboarding of investors and partner with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the alternative investment lifecycle. The candidate will lead as a subject matter expert for the onboarding, servicing, and reporting lifecycle.
The position responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a center of excellence for the GLASfunds Advisor Support team by following our process standards and client service model
- Providing ongoing client support, answering a wide variety of questions timely and accurately, with the goal of ensuring overall client satisfaction
- Handling all subscription and onboarding related questions to new investors and investment opportunities from an operations perspective
- Delivering service and account lifecycle support, including K-1 publishing, account updates, and redemption requests
- Working with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Research, and Accounting to ensure each team’s subject matter expertise is utilized when needed by an investor opportunity
- 1-3 years of experience in a client facing role within Financial Advisory, Institutional Investing, Private or Retail Banking, Management Consulting, or Custodial Services.
- Preferred understanding of the alternative investment lifecycle, including subscription, capital calls/distributions, reporting, and other operational elements
- Demonstrates exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple open tasks at a given time
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure with a strong attention to detail
