About the Role
The Account Executive role is built for driven, ambitious professionals looking to grow their career in the professional search industry. You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to own and expand your territory, driving market share while building trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Business Development: Identify and engage companies with strategic hiring needs through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and targeted research.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring all activities and insights are accurately documented in the CRM.

Qualification:
Research organizations to understand their hiring challenges and determine where Bridgeway can provide value, partnering with leadership for smooth handoffs. - Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-caliber professionals through research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial conversations to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client needs.
- Interview & Process Coordination: Manage interview logistics, prepare candidates, and support offer negotiation to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and placed candidates to support long-term partnership and residual business.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Comfortable with conducting a high volume of outreach via cold calling, emails, and others.
- Self‑motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, and prioritize work.
