This role will help reshape the IT infrastructure and operations. This IT organization is going through a major transformation, and the Manager will be an integral part of all aspects of the procurement process, including market intelligence, sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and relationship management.

Responsibilities
- Negotiate the best possible price for commodities
- Develop procedures and policies to manage compliance
- Partner with leadership to manage savings against goals
- Manage new vendor account setup and maintain vendor relationships
- Monitor market trends to reduce risk
- Develop processes for the source-to-payment strategy
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of purchasing experience
- At least 3 years involving IT sourcing
- Intermediate MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Travel less than 30%, including international travel
