  • Analyze customer data to identify usage patterns, pain points, adoption barriers, and growth levers.
  • Build personas, customer segmentations, and buyer journey maps informed by data.

Strategic Recommendations

  • Translate data and research into actionable recommendations for business strategy, product development, marketing, and sales.
  • Present findings to senior leadership, providing clear, concise, and data-driven insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, product positioning, pricing strategies, and partnerships.

Forecasting & Modeling

  • Build market-size models, revenue projections, and opportunity assessments.
  • Use data to run “what-if” scenarios (e.g., impact of regulatory change, market expansion) to inform planning.
  • Support KPI tracking and performance measurement of strategic initiatives.

Reporting

  • Create dashboards, periodic (monthly/quarterly) business intelligence reports, and market trend briefs.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of market intelligence (reports, data sources, competitive trackers) for internal use.
