This position will be located onsite at their technical center in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Relocation assistance is available for candidates residing outside of the Cleveland area.

We have been retained to support a leading converter and printer specializing in high‑quality packaging materials, particularly for consumer packaged goods, with multiple facilities across the United States.

• Collaborate Across the Value Chain:
  Engage with distributors, end‑use customers, and the sales team to drive initiatives back to our Cleveland‑based industrial operations.
• Market Opportunity Assessment:
  Identify and assess new potential market spaces and accounts, ensuring alignment between operational capabilities and customer needs.
• Technical Expertise:
  Act as the technical liaison between the business and customers, delivering tailored solutions that foster successful printing opportunities.
• Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
  Conduct in‑depth market analyses to uncover trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, using these insights to craft targeted sales strategies for both distributors and end‑users.
• Information Consistency and Communication:
  Provide accurate and professional information to the sales support team, customers, marketing department, vendors, and production team.
• Lead Technical Resource:
  Serve as the primary technical authority on materials, processes, and market requirements to effectively expand our printing and packaging business.

  Work closely with the Packaging Division to secure business across our entire product portfolio, including tapes, converted films, and protective packaging.

• Demonstrated expertise in a technical development or process engineering role, supported by a robust background in flexographic printing technologies and applications.
• Proficiency in interfacing on technical applications of flexographic printing technology, serving as a subject matter expert for both customers and internal teams.
