Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage all lease documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Review and interpret lease agreements, amendments, and related documents with a high level of scrutiny
  • Coordinate lease renewals, extensions, and terminations efficiently, minimizing risk and maximizing operational effectiveness
  • Maintain detailed and organized lease records within database systems and physical files
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and property teams to ensure all lease obligations are met and documented correctly
  • Monitor critical lease dates and obligations, providing timely reminders and updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving lease discrepancies or issues swiftly and effectively to prevent potential legal or financial implications
  • Implement and improve lease administration processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing complex lease portfolios
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, legal terminology, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with legal, financial, and property teams
  • Proficient in lease management software and MS Office Suite, with a quick aptitude for learning new systems
