Fed Sync is seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive office management and administrative support to NASA’s executive staff and Administrative Office at the Glenn Research Center (GRC). This role is critical in ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day operations of the organization, with responsibilities that include budgeting, personnel records management, and payroll processing.

- Travel Support
- Small Purchase Support
- Backup to GLASS Administrative Assistants and Secretary IIIs
- Coordinate logistics and support directorate‑level meetings
- High school diploma. Vocational school is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years working in an office environment, and experience in NASA branch or division offices a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Experience utilizing all functionality of Outlook Calendar and e‑mail. Experience in providing meeting support is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates proper use of grammar, excels in proofreading, and prepares high‑quality documentation.
- Must have the ability to learn NASA Correspondence Standards, document routing, and procedures.
- Strong customer service and organization skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize work and follow through to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of databases.
