Our Front Desk Coordinator will greet and assist a diverse group of internal and external clients via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interaction. This position is a crucial role at our Global Headquarters facility and ensures the highest level of service & attention to detail to all clients and processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain and direct a high volume of incoming calls appropriately
- Greet incoming clients and ensure they are directed to where they need to go and who they are meeting with in a friendly manner
- Answer basic inquiries, route calls to appropriate personnel and take messages as necessary
- Perform other duties such as
- Maintain schedule for on-site conference rooms
- Mail room functions
- Create badges for new employees
- Stocking Coffee areas
- Order catering/office supplies
- Provide administrative support as needed
- A variety of other related duties as requested
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
- Associate's degree (A.
A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience with basic office administrative procedures with knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level
- Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environment
- Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Perform in a high paced business environment
- High ethical standards and integrity, along with a proven ability to pivot when necessary.
