Job Summary
  • Under the direction of the Director of Community Relations and Internal Operations, the Office Manager will support the internal workings of the office and serve as the primary point of contact for staff, customers and community partners. This individual must be highly organized and thrive in a busy office setting.
  • The Operations Coordinator supports both internal administrative functions and external communications efforts to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent community engagement.
  • Assist with coordination of community programs, events, and outreach activities.
  • Help maintain a positive and progressive corporate image through consistent communication and engagement efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems to help increase efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned; including but not limited to supporting onsite meetings, data entry, maintaining office calendars, organizing storage areas, coordinating volunteers, and assisting with special projects, and events.
  • This position works closely with senior leadership, staff, and community partners to support organizational workflows, coordinate communications and marketing initiatives, and assist with administrative and office support responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable balancing administrative support with communications, marketing, and community-relations duties.
Essential Functions
  • Provide general administrative assistance to leadership and program staff, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with office organization, supply coordination, meeting logistics, and internal communications.
  • Maintain digital and physical records, shared drives, and document management systems.
  • Support development and maintenance of internal process maps, workflows, and procedures.
  • Assist with coordination of grant and contract documentation, reporting schedules, and compliance tracking.
  • Maintain the master list of BBC programs, projects, deadlines, and key contacts.
