Senior Accountant

• Oversee full‑cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio
• Prepare & review financial statements and support schedules
• Lead financial analysis to assist cross‑functional leadership teams
• Perform monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger review
• Support reimbursement integrity and compliance with GAAP
• Collaborate on accounting and finance projects that move the organization forward

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience (healthcare or real estate preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
