Accounts Receivable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Entry‑Level Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client located in Cleveland, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance! The role will focus on business to business collections both via email and over the phone. You will also help reconcile accounts and release credit holds. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with SAP and work in a collaborative environment that values attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Manage business to business collections through email and phone communication
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Review and release credit holds in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
