Whitman Advisory is partnering with a well‑respected CPA firm to identify a Tax Partner to lead and grow an established tax practice serving manufacturing and distribution clients.
What you’ll do- Lead and further develop an existing tax group focused on manufacturing & distribution businesses
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from $10M to $1.5B in revenue
- Own key client relationships and provide high‑level consulting and planning
- Mentor and motivate a team—driving performance, collaboration, and growth
- No tax return prep or review
—this is a true relationship + advisory + leadership seat
- Strong technical expertise supporting manufacturing/distribution entities
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to elevate a team
- CPA or JD (preferred; additional education is a plus, not required)
- Must be local to Cleveland, Ohio (hybrid/on‑site as needed)
