Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role requires strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of financial processes to support the company's operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handle administrative tasks, and ensure seamless accounts payable and receivable workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.

- Perform account reconciliations to guarantee consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Manage billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoices for clients.

- Assist in producing financial statements and reports to provide insights into company performance.

- Oversee accounts payable processes, including handling up to 200 transactions per month.

- Manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.

- Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations and financial procedures.

- Utilize Quick Books software to streamline bookkeeping and financial management tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in bookkeeping with a solid understanding of financial principles.

- Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

- Experience in performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
