As LEAD3R continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Accounting Manager to own our core accounting operations and help scale the business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who moves quickly, responds promptly, and takes pride in clean books, accurate payroll, and a tight month‑end close.

We provide a range of services across talent, HR, and operational consulting, meeting clients where they are and helping them scale thoughtfully and sustainably.

• Month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial accuracy
• Managing the day‑to‑day invoicing, expenses, and billing
• AP/AR, invoicing, and collections
• Payroll for employees and contractors (zero errors, zero delays)
• Cash flow forecasting and financial operations
• Transitioning our systems from Net Suite to Quick Books
• Process improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability

• 5–6 years of accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
• Payroll experience (employees and contractors)
• Fast, responsive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
