• Contribute a positive attitude to the environment.
• Follow established accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks, including: 3-way matching, check requests, weekly check runs, and vendor/customer maintenance.
• Cash applications and collections.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger with precision and consistency.
• Reconcile fixed assets and analyze project spending.
• Oversee month-end close procedures.
• Handle 1099 processing with attention to detail.
• Support auditors by providing timely documentation during on-site reviews.
• Assist Controllers with other accounting functions as needed.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills for clear collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Experience with MRI software is a plus, but not required.
