Senior Corporate Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant to join our client’s dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience, a relevant degree in accounting or finance, and a background in public accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for core accounting functions and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and post journal entries with precision and timeliness
• Manage daily cash activities, including reconciliations and forecasting
• Oversee accruals and ensure proper expense recognition
• Lead and support the month-end close process
• Maintain compliance with SOX controls and assist in internal and external audits
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with GAAP standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and internal control frameworks
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
