DY USA has recently experienced tremendous growth in its client base and is looking to hire a UK Senior Tax Associateto join our entrepreneurial, team-oriented culture.

The UK Senior Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing complex tax returns, developing tax return review skill, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to grow into managing client relationships while supporting junior team members. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of tax laws, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to provide basic advice to clients.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Excellent Proficiency in tax preparation and research software (e.g., CCH, Answer connect)
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Proficient preparation of complex tax returns and development of tax return review skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience explaining tax issues to clients
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Team collaboration

• Minimum: US - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, UK - AAT / ATT
• Preferred: UK - ACA, ACCA, US - CPA
• Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in a public accounting firm
• Minimum: UK ATT, AAT
• Preferred: US - CPA in process
