Tax Manager

We’re a collaborative and growing accounting firm seeking a Tax Professional to take ownership of client relationships, manage complex engagements, and contribute to the continued success of our clients and our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has progressed beyond staff-level work and is ready for increased autonomy, leadership, and advisory exposure — whether you’re currently a Senior Associate or emerging Manager.

• Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, and S corporation tax returns
• Manage or take the lead on multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Conduct tax research and draft technical memoranda on complex issues
• Provide year-end planning and proactive tax consulting to clients
• Assist partners with advisory and consulting projects such as M&A, succession planning, and business structuring
• Mentor and review work for junior staff and interns
• Participate in client meetings and develop trusted relationships as a day-to-day contact
• Contribute to process improvement and firm initiatives

• 5–10 years of public accounting experience focused on tax
• CPA license (active or in progress)
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership and S corporation taxation
• Proven ability to manage projects and client deliverables independently
• Proficiency with Ultra Tax and Quick Books preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with real estate and construction clients is a plus
