Your TeamCleveland’s technology and automation is innovative. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly.

- Must perform functions for the production of Plastic Pour Bottle Blow Molding (Sidel).
- Must operate Haumiller Gasket Machine and inspect bottle and gasket assembly.
- Responsible for start-up and readiness of machine and support equipment prior to production.
- Responsible for monitoring equipment and performing minor adjustments during production.
- Must be able to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical problems on equipment.
- Must be able to perform all duties associated with the operation.
- Understand and ensure all SOPs, GMPs and safety regulations are followed.
- Perform and document line clearances.
- Must verify correctness of material.
- Must perform general housekeeping duties.
- Must complete production documentation associated with the operation and review batch documentation for correctness/completion.
- Communicate effectively with department employees, management, engineering, and maintenance.
- Must train as back-up Production Technician
- Perform relief duties for other personnel when required, including Production Technician.
- High school diploma required. Additional technical experience, training, or education a plus.
- Ability to read, write, count, use calculator and maintenance tools.
- Prior machine operating experience preferred
- Minor troubleshooting ability preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and/or be trained to do so.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to bend/stoop
- Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur.
- Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
