Job Description

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• Triage Patients
• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls and complete referral requests
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals
• Remind patients of their appointments

• Degree:
  Certificate of Completion (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Must be IV certified
• General Computer Skills Required – Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Education:
  
  Completion Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
• Experience:
  
  healthcare 1 year (Preferred);
  Nursing 1 year (Preferred)
• License/Certification: LVN (Preferred); LPN (Preferred)
