Delta Health Center, Inc. (DHC) is the first community health center of its kind. Also, it’s the first Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) in the United States. DHC is a non-profit organization that is located in historic Bolivar County, Mississippi, where it opened its doors in 1965. Licensed Practical Nurse (
LPN
) – Rolling Fork Clinic

Delta Health Center, Inc., Rolling Fork Clinic, In person

Pay: $19.00 per hour (based on qualifications)

• Triage patients
• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls and complete referral requests
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals
• Remind patients of their appointments
• Work independently and unsupervised, maintaining a superior work ethic

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required
• Certificate of Completion for LPN program required
• IV certification required
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred
• 1 year nursing experience preferred
• LVN or LPN certification preferred
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented
