Licensed Practical Nurse
Degree:
Certificate of Completion
Must be IV certified
Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls and complete referral requests
Maintain ongoingtracking and documentation on referrals
well-organized,detail-oriented
Work independently andunsupervised maintaining superior work ethic
Ensure that referralsare addressed timely
Remind patients oftheir appointments
General computer skills required-Microsoft Outlook and Excel
