- Apply analytical tools such as FEA, DFMEA, DFSS, and DFM/DFA to optimize product designs.
- Develop and refine design concepts by generating creative solutions, evaluating risks, and improving existing or new products and processes.
- Prepare complete design packages and engineering documentation for new or modified products.
- Design, modify, and assemble mechanical components, coordinating development activities within defined frameworks.
- Perform simulations, calculations, and design investigations covering strength, service life, wear, dimensions, weight, and functional performance.
- Analyze and report test results, evaluate benchmarking outcomes, and perform root‑cause investigations on returned components.
- Support product launches through design, prototyping, testing, PPAP activities, and APQP processes.
- Provide technical leadership and support to customers, sales, marketing, and cross‑functional teams, including training and problem resolution.
- Manage multiple engineering projects using structured problem‑solving methods while participating in continuous improvement programs such as Kaizen, 5S, and VA/VE.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, maintain detailed records and drawings, and travel to customers, suppliers, or other facilities as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
- MS in Mechanical Engineering or other technical field preferred.
- Professional‑Level English language skills preferred.
