• Unloading/loading vehicles
• Visual inspection and acceptance of incoming goods, ensuring consignments match purchase orders and quality requirements
• Storage of material according to material control and product preservation procedures
• Inventory movements with accurate system transactions
• Order picking and delivery of kits to production
• Picking and packaging items for dispatch
• Cycle count inventory to maintain accurate stock status
• Ensuring externally stored material is suitably covered to prevent contamination
• Working with the Stores Team Leader to improve operating procedures and meet customer expectations
• Assisting in the stock take process per company procedures
• Complying with environmental, health, and safety regulations and quality policies
• Participating in risk assessments and health and safety audits
• Daily housekeeping of the warehouse and yard area to keep spaces clean and tidy

• Experience working in a store environment
• Well organised, capacity to prioritise and multi‑task, and to meet agreed schedules
• Computer literate with experience using MRP systems
• Self‑motivated and flexible in approach to the workload
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Counter‑balance forklift driving license

• Working regular hours from Baker Hughes office
