Founded on genuine relationships, transparency, and long-term success, we're expanding our team at our modern Clevedon Head Office and looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us on this exciting journey.

This is a full 360 recruitment position where you will develop and grow your own desk in one (or more) of our high-demand markets:
Construction (trades & site management), Industrial (manufacturing & logistics), Warehouse / Recycling (waste management, distribution & operational roles), or IT (software development, support, infrastructure & technical roles).

You’ll hit the ground running with full company support, lead generation, marketing backing, and access to our established candidate database and job boards – but the real growth will come from your own business development and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include :

• Winning new business through proactive sales, networking, client visits, and targeted BD activity
• Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing high-calibre candidates
• Building long-term partnerships with contractors, manufacturers, logistics firms, recycling plants, distribution centres, tech companies, and software houses across the UK
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth
• Achieving and exceeding targets in a supportive, high-performance environment

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally 4+ years) within Construction, Industrial, Warehouse / Logistics, Recycling / Waste Management, IT / Technology, or a related technical / blue-collar sector
• A track record of billing £150k+ annually and consistent target achievement
• Strong business development skills with the hunger and drive to build a profitable desk from the ground up
• Excellent communication, resilience, and a genuine passion for people and recruitment
• Full UK driving licence preferred (client visits)
