The RoleWe are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Customer & Training Advisor, a key role responsible for guiding prospective and current students, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of training and administrative processes. Working within the Commercial and Communications team, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries, support learners throughout their training journey, and assist with sales, CRM management, and events.

- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training.
- Manage student administration, ensuring accurate and timely record keeping.
- Support the partner training alliance by helping its students with course information and advice.
- Handle enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face, offering clear and friendly guidance.
- Encourage course sign-ups by ensuring prospective students receive all relevant information.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled to a high standard.
- Update and maintain CRM records with customer and sales activity.
- Support improvements to sales processes and student tracking systems.
- Assist with collecting and analysing customer research data.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and industry developments.
- Assist with trade shows, open days, and recruitment events.
- Support promotional projects and marketing initiatives.
- Confident communicating in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Highly organised, with excellent administrative skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Professional, well-presented, and discreet when handling sensitive information.
- Adaptable, positive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interested in aviation or pilot training (desirable but not essential).
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C / 4 or above, including Maths and English.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
