Sous Chef Clemson – Rick Erwin Dining Group
We’re looking for a professional, motivated team player who can lead, train, and develop line cooks. This role demands a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job.
Responsibilities- Lead, train, and develop line cooks.
- Maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and preparation.
- Coordinate kitchen operations during 45-50 hour work weeks.
- 2-3 years prior sous‑chef experience.
- Prior culinary training.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
