DescriptionThe Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University invites applications for a full‑time Lecturer position in the Department of Management, beginning Fall 2026
. This appointment will provide in‑person instruction at the main Clemson campus. The role is a 9‑month, non‑tenure‑track position with a 4/4 teaching load. The lecturer will teach courses at the bachelor's, master's, and MBA levels, primarily supporting the Information Systems and Business Analytics emphasis areas within the department. The successful candidate will have strong teaching ability and real‑world experience in analytics, programming, artificial intelligence, or project management, and will be able to incorporate and source applied analytics projects that provide students with hands‑on, industry‑relevant experience.

- Fundamentals of Programming (Python)
- Analytics Programming (Python)
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
- Systems Analysis and Design
- Project Management (including PMI and Agile methodologies)
The Department of Management is a comprehensive academic unit within the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business, with over 45 full‑time tenured, tenure‑track, and instructional faculty. The expertise and research interests of the group span and regularly integrate the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, organizational behavior, international business, business ethics, human resource management, supply chain management, operations management, management information systems, and data analytics.
The Department offers an undergraduate degree, a Master of Science degree in Sports Business and Analytics, and an Executive Ph.D. in Executive Leadership. Management faculty members also teach in the College's MBA program and have recently published in top‑tier journals, including AMJ, AMR, ASQ, SMJ, JBV, ETP, SEJ, JOM, JMS, ISR, MISQ, amongst others.
