Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Real Estate Agent to join Terri Bias and Associates. Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice following team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes effectively
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services
Qualifications

You are a highly motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a heart for service. You excel at building rapport, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are among your strengths, and you handle objections with confidence.

Requirements
  • Active real estate license
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning-based and growth-minded
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Team-oriented mindset
