Busy chiropractic clinic looking for a team‑oriented, multi‑tasking, and energetic front desk receptionist. Candidate must be super on the telephone and detail oriented.
Position is fully trainable and will involve all aspects of the office.
Approximately 32‑35+ hours per week.
M, W 9:00 am‑12:30 pm 2:00 pm‑6:00 pm or Tuesday, Friday 7:30 ‑ 11:30 am 2:00 ‑ 4:00 pm.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and service‑oriented Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities- Greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office
- Answer inquiries via phone calls, texts, and email
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
- Verify payment methods and process payments
- Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
- Administer screening assessments as requested
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with handling insurance is a plus
