Busy chiropractic clinic looking for a team‑oriented, multi‑tasking, and energetic front desk receptionist. Candidate must be super on the telephone and detail oriented.

Position is fully trainable and will involve all aspects of the office.

Approximately 32‑35+ hours per week.

M, W 9:00 am‑12:30 pm 2:00 pm‑6:00 pm or Tuesday, Friday 7:30 ‑ 11:30 am 2:00 ‑ 4:00 pm.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service‑oriented Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office
  • Answer inquiries via phone calls, texts, and email
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
  • Verify payment methods and process payments
  • Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
  • Administer screening assessments as requested
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience with handling insurance is a plus
