Singapore Schoolhouse operates School-Based Assistant Student Care Centres (SCCs) that provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for primary school children whose parents are ough our holistic enrichment programmes
, we aim to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development while grooming confident learners for the future.
Student Profile: Primary School students
Salary: S $2,800 – S $3,500 (Gross)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday,
10:00am – 7:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility: Singapore Citizen, PR, or LTVP (preferred)
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a school-based student care environment
- Teachers with 2 years of SCC experience who are ready to step up into a leadership / executive role are welcome
- No specific certificate or licence required
- Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre
- Manage administrative duties
, including student records, staff records, correspondence, and fee collection - Supervise, guide, and support SCC coaches in classroom management and student engagement
- Plan and conduct monthly staff meetings and centre programmes
- Manage staff duty rosters and oversee staff welfare
- Work closely with Cluster Head and Teaching Excellence teams to maintain programme quality
- Motivate the team to achieve centre targets and KPIs
- Ensure student safety, well-being, and achievement of developmental objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in student care or education
Strong planning, organisation, and leadership skills
Effective communication and classroom management abilities
Passion for working with children
Proven ability to lead and manage a team
