Job Scope:
- Handle Admissions and Scholarships enquiries via email and telephone
- Attend walk-in Admissions and Scholarships enquiries (if required)
- Any other ad‑hoc duties
- GCE “A” Level or Diploma with relevant working experience in a Contact Centre – in both handling calls and emails
- Pleasant personality and good work ethics
- Able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, IE) and Zoom
- Salary – S $2580 per month
- Contract duration: 8‑month contract
- Working days and hours:
Mon to Thur, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm - Location:
Clementi MRT
