Customer Service Representative / Logistic Officer (Up $2600 / Clementi) TKX

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2200-$2600
• Location:
  
  Clementi
• Working hour:
  Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm;
  Saturday 8am-12pm
• OT is payable after official working hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Prepare and handle day-to-day documents for delivery
• Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules
• Liaise with warehouse for shipments
• Prepare monthly reports for KPI
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
