We are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants and Support Staff to work in primary schools across Cleethorpes and nearby areas. Positions are available on a supply, short-term, and long-term basis, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a school setting.

The Role:

* Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small-group basis

* Assisting the class teacher with daily activities

* Supporting children with SEND, where required

* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies

Requirements:

* Previous experience working in a primary school or education setting (desirable)

* Experience supporting SEND is beneficial but not essential

* A patient, caring, and proactive approach

* Reliability and flexibility

* Ability to work in the Cleethorpes area
