Production Operative

Production Operative – Kober, Cleckheaton

IPL International Procurement and Logistics is seeking a Production Operative to join our on‑site bacon slicing and packing facility. The role is located at Kober, Cleckheaton and is a permanent, full‑time position in a high‑care, chilled meat processing environment.

• Schedule: 5 on 2 off, rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:30 am and 10:30 pm
• Location: Kober, Cleckheaton – Site based
• Contract: Permanent

As a Production Operative you will:

• Operate machinery and handle food products within a high‑care chilled environment
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety procedures to maintain product quality and safety
• Ensure finished goods are correctly packed, labelled, and stacked to specification and height standards
• Report any defects or poor quality to a Line Leader in a timely manner

• Previous experience working in a fast‑paced, food production or chilled environment is essential
• Demonstrated practical skills, ability to work quickly and methodically, and teamwork capability
• Proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with a clear understanding of health and safety policies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good written and spoken English at entry level
• Willingness to work in a chilled environment; protective clothing will be provided
