Contract Manager – Permanent – £70k-£75k+ package – West Yorkshire.

My client is a medium‑sized regional main contractor who is very well established, delivering range design and build projects within the retail, industrial and commercial sectors. Due to an increase in contract wins, they require a Contracts Manager to join their management team. They value strong traditional core values, delivering projects to be proud of time and time again. With several large‑scale industrial new‑build projects due to start soon, this role will be focused on delivering contracts from £5 million to £15 million.

• Run three projects ranging from £5 million to £15 million, managing them coherently to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Successfully deliver industrial or shed‑type design and build projects, with essential civil engineering experience; engineering background is an advantage.
• Maintain excellent client relationship management with long‑standing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Prioritise health and safety, possessing additional health and safety qualifications where possible.
• Read drawings and follow CDM regulations accordingly, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain full computer literacy, excellent paperwork and organisational skills, and manage site delivery smoothly.

• Previous experience delivering education and commercial projects.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering industrial or shed‑type projects with civil engineering expertise.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, health and safety best practices, and efficient use of project management software.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills.
• Live within the West Yorkshire region.
